Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at hello@blushka.comso that we can attempt to intercept the order before it’s dispatched. Please note this must be done within 1 hour of placing the order. We are unable to cancel or edit an order once your order is dispatched. However, you can return your order for an exchange or refund once it has arrived.

You have 30 days to return your products to us from the date your order was delivered for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). You can read more about our returns/exchange policy here.

We currently ship to the following countries: United Kingdom, Europe and USA.

UK - Free shipping over £50 (otherwise it's £5.00)

Europe - Fedex Courier £17.97-£20.63 (depending on the country)

USA - Fedex Courier - £42.90

We offer express shipping options at the checkout.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product item, please email us at hello@blushka.comwithin 48 hours of receiving your item. Please include pictures of the item and confirm your order number.

Prices shown on our site are inclusive of VAT, unless you're shopping from outside of the UK, where the Exclusive of VAT pricing is displayed.

Our Blushka brushes are designed and made by hand in England.

We are proud to say that all of our products are suitable for vegans and are cruelty free.
